Import & Export Data
Need help getting your data into your bookkeeping software? This service is ideal for those who need assistance importing CSV or Excel files into their bookkeeping software. I can upload data such as bank transactions, vendor and customer lists, your Chart of Accounts, employee details, and invoices to ensure your books are accurate and complete.

Clean Up
Have your books gotten away from you and turned into a bit of a mess? No worries—I can sort things out and get you back on track! This service is perfect if you prefer to handle your own bookkeeping but just need some help catching up.

Journal Entry
If you’ve paid for business expenses from your personal account, those transactions should still be recorded in your books—and a journal entry is the perfect way to do it. I can also prepare adjusting journal entries, record opening loan balances, fixed asset purchases, interest, and owner’s equity to ensure your financials are accurate and compliant.

If you’d like to learn the most effective way to manage your bookkeeping software, my consulting services are a great fit. Sessions are typically one hour and conducted via Zoom, where I guide you step-by-step through the process.

Analysis
I provide a detailed analysis of your bookkeeping software to identify opportunities for improved organization and efficiency. While I won’t make direct adjustments, I’ll offer clear recommendations and guidance so you can implement the changes yourself. You can also choose to add a one-hour consultation to review the findings together.
*Prices start at $700, add-on Zoom call, an additional $250
Reporting
I can assist with generating and reviewing monthly financial reports to help you better understand your business performance. Using the income and expense information you provide, I’ll prepare a detailed Profit & Loss Statement for your review and analysis.
